Better keywords for lawyers: brain injury or head trauma?
Attorneys are smart, articulate, and understand complex legal issues most of the general public will never understand. Which brings me to my point: Are you using language on your website that your consumers can relate to?
The majority of attorney websites market to consumers using search terms the general public never heard of much less would ever search for. I was in my 30s before I heard the word “tort,” and it had to be carefully explained to me by an attorney who made a tort joke I did not get. Only other lawyers (and perhaps well-informed consumers in search of an appellate lawyer) would search for “can I get tort damages?” Sorry, but non-lawyers search for emotional distress and pain and suffering because that is how they talk about damages on Judge Judy.
