Pro bono work we have done

Helping businesses to grow - the pro bono way

Since 2004, LA Wolfe has been developing, optimizing and marketing websites. We strongly believe in giving back to the business community and often do pro bono work.

Although we are always available to provide free consulting and website development or discounted services through our special program to assist nonprofits and public schools, we also sometimes help new or struggling business owners with their websites at cost or even for free when they simply have no budget to help themselves. [About Our Pro Bono Services]

Why on earth would we help businesses for free?

Winston Churchill sums up our business philosophy quite nicely:

We make a living by what we get. We make a life by what we give.

Partial List of Pro Bono Website Development

Medical Relief Association The Medical Relief Association for St. Vincents and The Grenadines was working hard to improve the lives of thousands of people by facilitating dental and medical care and other need services. When we found out that MRA had no website, we offered to build and host one for them for free.

iPump iPump is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that is has been completely run by volunteers since 2006. How could we not volunteer our services to volunteers! We designed, optimized and marketed their website for free.

Travelers With Disabilities Having FunThe Travelers With Disabilities Having Fun website was not having any fun with search engines. We gave the website a total facelift, customizing it and added new features. The original designer had done things like created web pages that loaded as pdf file formats instead of web pages -- not a great way to build a website that has a huge following from sight-impaired folks. We also moved her blog that was hosted by Word Press to her own domina and gave it facelift, too.

Pepper Tree Elementary SchoolPepper Tree Elementary School needed a new website. Using School Loop, we created a custom look and set up all their administrative functions and even trained teachers on how to use the new website. We also created a separate website for the PTA.

Seriously Good When Kevin Weeks abandoned Blogger for his own stand-alone Word Press site he encountered some technical issues. Because his website was down, we considered his situation a true business emeregency!
