What are "live" pages and how do you count them?
For our comprehensive SEO and website rebuild or redesign services we charge by the number of "live" pages you have on your website at the time we being work.
"Live pages" refers to the number of pages that can be accessed or are directly used by your site visitors (i.e., email forms).
We do not count system files, CSS, image files, databases, .pdf, or .doc files as "live" pages.
For the most part, "live" pages will end in .html, .htm, .asp, .php, or .xhtml and are accessible by a URL on your website.

If we SEO your website and it fails to be indexed because of any work we did - or failed to do, we will provide you with free monthly SEO services until your site is well-indexed by at least two major search engines, and showing up in the top ten results for at least two major keyword searches on at least one major search engine. We also discount work after we have had a chance to thoroughly assess your website. You get brownie points for things we will not have to fix.
Until we have had a chance to analyze your website, hear your unique concerns and goals, and actually see what we are dealing with, we can only offer you this online tool to get a rough esimate of what the worst-case scenario websites genrally cost.
But here is the good news: If we think we can help you, we will do a preliminary website analysis absolutely free. Unlike other companies that charge upwards of $500 for their analysis only for you to find out that you cannot afford the work they are trying to see you, we do it free.
The bad news is that we will not give you the free report if, after analyzing your website we do not think we are the best company to meet your needs (i.e., we are unable to help you in the way you deserve).
If we honestly think we can help you, we give you our findings (free) and detail any problems we think need to be fixed. You can fix them yourself, hire someone to do it (like us). We will also give you general suggestions as to what work we recommend for SEOing your website.
