How do we study keywords?

Your business becomes our research project. We will read your website, read your competitors' websites, and study industry trends.

We use a variety of keyword tools to see what the most popular searches are for your industry or type of business. Then we query search engines and see who is coming up on page one of Google for important keyword searches. And, we study competing businesses to see how to beat them with these keywords.

Website Analysis Refunds: If based on our analysis we decide we are not the best company to help you, do not have the time to help you. or if we refuse a job for any reason, we will refund the website analysis fee in full. And, if you hire us to do the work we recommend, the amount you paid for the analysis is credited in full towards the remaining work balance.

Troubleshooting and Strategy Development Services for Your Website

We can fully assess your website to see why search engines are not digging your site. Do not buy "SEO" services without first knowing if there are any other problems with your website. Most decent SEO companies can get your site indexed and some traffic growth (we do it faster and better) but if people get to your website and encounter troubles or do not like what they see they will simply leave it. For this reason we refuse to offer SEO services to any website that is not working or that does not have something compelling to get people to click, buy, refer, etc. Website traffic does not always equal income. Even if other companies don't tell you that hard truth, we will.

Services Include: In-depth analysis of site structure (ftp access required), robot and site map files, content analysis. We will spider your site to see how well robots can crawl your site, locate bad links, 404 errors, and scripts. >>How do we analyze your website?

SEO Training: We can teach you how to master your own website. We cover everything from directory structure to what to name your files, to competition and keyword research.

We will also divulge our deepest, darkest, SEO secrets (okay, really, we have none because we do tell people how we do what we do.)

* We charge this fee because it is necessary to do a complete and comprehensive analysis of your website, the competition, and a keyword analysis. This is a manual process done by humans and requires research and analytical skills.

** Unless you have a small site that is performing poorly, there is probably no need to buy SEO services for every single page on your website. Depending upon the competitiveness of your industry and search terms you need to capture, we can work within your budget and isolate important pages to get those into search engines first.
